Refund policy
Everything in our shop is a digital PDF download. Nothing ships.
We want every file to work for you. Email hello@vaultprintco.com within 30 days of your order, with your order number, if:
- a file is broken, won't open, or is missing pages
- you received a different product than you ordered
- the product is not as described on its page
- you bought the same product twice by mistake
We will fix the file, send the right one, or refund you to your original payment method.
Because files are delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind after a file has been downloaded. If you're not sure a set is right for you, try the free RACE Reading sampler first.
Bought the Home / Single Teacher version but need the Classroom License (or the other way around)? Email us and we'll sort it out.
